Behavioral Change Programs


If you need some help to make long term and sustainable behavior change such as healthy eating, smoking cessation, making exercise a part of your routine, or something else, we have a program for you. Healthy Lifestyles (single person), TRIM Kids (parent / child) or Bariatric Weight Loss (COMING IN JULY!) have all been designed so that a facilitator and your peers can help you identify barriers, set goals, and make the changes you need to improve your well being.   1. This is an absolutely wonderful way to make positive change in your life. The other participants bond together with you to make your own support group and it really helps you to be accountable for your growth. Somewhat of an open forum allows brainstorming in your group, which gives you new insight to otherwise difficult challenges. I am so thankful, and so is my family! San
